- We sell to customers in Japan and the United States. We are expanding to further territories; where sales are not available, checkout states this and purchases cannot be completed.
- Free: ¥0. Creator: ¥980 per month. Pro: ¥3,980 per month. One-time credit packs: 500 credits ¥1,090; 1,000 credits ¥2,090; 3,000 credits ¥6,000; 10,000 credits ¥19,900. Prices include Japanese consumption tax. Pro users receive 5% bonus credits with each pack. Checkout shows the total payment and credit amount before purchase. Prices are set in Japanese yen and include Japanese consumption tax. When you purchase from outside Japan, checkout may show a converted amount in your local currency.
- Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled. You may request to stop the next renewal at any time from Plan and billing; complete the request by the day before the renewal date. Access continues through the close of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-period cancellation. You can stop renewal entirely online; no call or message to us is required.
- Purchased credits, including the Pro 5% bonus, expire 180 days after purchase. Free has no included allowance credits. Paid-plan allowance credits are granted after payment, expire at the end of the applicable billing period and do not roll over. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
- You are responsible for internet and data charges. If a local currency is shown when paying from outside Japan, the exchange rate presented by our payment provider (Stripe) includes their conversion fee of 2-4%, which is reflected in the amount you pay. Choosing to pay in Japanese yen avoids that conversion fee, but your card issuer may charge its own foreign transaction fee.
- There is no special quantity limit or offer period. Account registration is currently for users aged 18 or older. Any billing, territory or fraud-prevention restriction will be shown before purchase.
- Credit card payment through Stripe.
- Credit packs are charged when checkout completes. Memberships are charged at the start of each billing period, including automatic renewals.
- Plans or credits are normally added immediately after card payment is confirmed. If the payment provider requires additional confirmation, they are added only after payment completes.
- Because this is a digital service, completed purchases are non-refundable for change of mind except where required by law. Credits used by a technically failed generation are returned. Contact us if the Service has a material defect attributable to us.
